Why won't the app start playing after I create my account?

After creating an account in a ToyTalk app, parents must provide consent for the whole family to enjoy the show. You can provide consent via the email we sent to your account’s email address. Once you provide consent via that email, you will then be able to access the app.

If the app gets stuck, or you're not able to access the content, some users have found success with the following:
  1. Close all other open apps
  2. Uninstall the app
  3. Completely power down the device (on iOS, hold the power button until the power off slider appears)
  4. After rebooting, reinstall the app
